How We Recruit Volunteer Advisers
Once you have expressed an interest in becoming a CAB adviser there are a number of stages to the recruitment process that you will need undergo. Usually it begins with an informal visit to the Bureau to see first hand the sort of work we do. If after this you are still interested, you will be asked to complete an application form and return it to the Bureau.
The next stage is an Information and Assessment morning. This provides you with more information on the CAB, and the level of commitment expected of you and the sort of work involved as well as giving us a more objective assessment of your suitability. If you are successful at this stage you will be invited to a panel interview.
Recruiting For Others Roles
Recruitment procedures for administration staff, receptionists and IT Support Coordinators are similar, but the Information and Assessment morning is not included. The procedure is shorter and less formal.
